Grey Wolf Club Scout Peak Award

The Grey Wolf Award is the highest and most prestigious peak award a youth member can earn within the Cub Scout section of Scouts Australia. It represents the ultimate milestone of a Cub's personal growth, leadership development, and outdoor adventure journey before they turn 12 and transition to the Scout section.

Australian Scout Award Scout Peak Award

The Australian Scout Award is the highest and most prestigious peak award achievable within the Scout section of Scouts Australia (for youth aged 11 to 14). It marks the pinnacle of a Scout's milestone achievements and personal growth before they transition into Venturer Scouts.

Major Group Trophies & Milestones

True to our history of volunteer grit, our youth sections have consistently punched above their weight in regional and state-wide competitions. These group milestones highlight decades of teamwork, outdoor elite status, and campcraft skills.

  • 1957 — Winners of the District Campcraft & Ballantyne Flag Camp.
  • 1961 — Winners of the District Rally & Camping Competition at Heathcote.
  • 1962 — Winners of the District Campfire Cup (secured for the 3rd consecutive year).
  • 1969 — Winners of the District Summer Camp Camping Competition at Warren.
  • 1976 — Recognized at the Scout Press Club Awards for our Group Newsletter.
  • 1998 — Winners of the Region Rover Moot.
  • 2006 — Absolute Champions of the state-wide Dragon Skin Venturer Competition at Vulcan State Forest.

Boree Regatta Boree Shield

The Boree Regatta is an action-packed, annual joint weekend camping event bringing together Scouts NSW (South Metropolitan Region) and Girl Guides (Southern Sydney Rivers Region). Founded in 1965, the event is held at Bonna Point Reserve in Kurnell and features a mix of traditional land-based challenges and water activities.
